Terms of service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
By creating an account or using CalorieCounter+ (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who provides the app
The app is provided free of charge by Andrii Semeniuk, an individual in the Czech Republic (“we”). Contact: [email protected].
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Give a valid email address that you can access, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app.
3. Not medical advice
The app is a tracking tool. Calorie and macro goals, activity estimates and food data are estimates and are provided for general information only. They are not medical, dietary or fitness advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making major changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have a history of eating disorders.
4. Food data
Food information comes from public databases (such as USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts) and from users. It may be incomplete or wrong. Check the label of the product in front of you when accuracy matters.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- upload photos or text that are illegal, hateful, sexual, harassing or that you have no right to share;
- send friend requests to harass or spam other people;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people’s data;
- use the app in an automated way (scripts, bots) without our permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter and upload. You allow us to store and display it as needed to run the app, including showing it to your friends as described in the privacy policy. You confirm that you have the right to share your photos.
7. Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or stop the app or any feature, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for decisions you make based on the app’s information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
10. Contact

These terms are also available in Czech, Ukrainian and Russian. If the translations differ, the English version prevails.
